For the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C patients with liver function complications Route of administration for vial is SC or IM. Route of administration for prefilled syringe is by subcutaneous injection only due to length of syringe needle provided in packaging. Fever, fatique, muscle pain, headache, depression

Roferon-A should be used with caution in patients with autoimmune disease, severe preexisting cardiac disease, severe renal or hepatic disease, seizure disorders or compromised central nervous system function. It is very important that patients follow up with their physician by keeping regular appointments and going in for blood work when necessary. Store in the refrigerator. Do not freeze or shake. Once reconstituted, the solution should be used within 30 days.
