For the treatment of chronic Hepatitis B and C in patients with liver function complications By subcutaneous injection Flu-like symptoms which should subside after a few weeks of therapy (fever, chills, muscle aches)

Intron-A should be used with caution in patients with a history of cardiac disease, hypertension, pulmonary disease, coagulation disorders, and diabetes mellitus.It is very important that patients follow up with their physician by keeping regular appointments and going in for blood work when necessary. Intron-A therapy should not be used in patients with a history of severe psychiatric disease and should be discontinued in patients who develop severe depression. Both solution and powder for injection should be stored under refrigerated conditions.
