Used in combination with other anti-viral agents for treatment of HIV infection. These agents are specific for the prevention of HIV replication, assembly, and release. Oral Diarrhea

Viracept should be used with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, phenylketonuria or hemophilia types A and B. Patients should notify physicians if they are taking any other prescription and over-the-counter medications due to severe drug-drug interactions Viracept tablets and oral powder should be stored at room temperature
