Used in combination with other anti-viral agents for treatment of HIV infection. These agents are specific for the prevention of HIV replication, assembly, and release. Oral Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss, abdominal pain, taste perversion

Norvir should be used with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus and hemophilia types A and B. Patients should notify physicians if they are taking any other prescription and over-the-counter medications due to severe drug-drug interactions. Oral capsules should be stored in the refrigerator The Oral solution should be stored at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Shake well before use and avoid exposure to excessive heat.
